I had four cars follow me out to Starhill Saturday 6:00 p.m. from the truck stop. New member Bob Carton, New Member Ellie Terry with a guest (Stephen Bowers) that will join, New member Tony Delia from NFCC, and the mother and daughter that was at the meeting on Monday.
Tony has a 12" Orion Dob but needs help with a collimation. He said he may be there about 5:00p.m. next Saturday so Joe can help him.
We were able to see about 80% of the sky for about 2 hours. I handed out sky charts and we looked at several constellations. We looked at Saturn, Andromeda, Pleiades, the Beehive and the Orion Nebula. A good time was had by all.
