What a great observing night it was on March 25th.  I counted 21 vehicles on Star Hill at the peak around sundown.  The most I have ever seen there at once.  We placed the charcoal and starter in the house for any future ventures.  Now, consider this!!   Saturday April 22nd is the peak day of the Lyrid Meteor Shower and the Moon will rise after 4:00 a.m. (DST).  Sunset is a little after  8:00 p.m.   It will be warmer and may be the last outing without those pesky little critters.  Lets go for it.  Anyone interested in coordinating a 2 nighter??   Set up Friday afternoon and leave Sunday morning??  Coordinate time to go home for a few hours on Saturday with one person at the site to police the telescopes.  Three persons would allow about 8 hours home and 4 hours at the site during the day on Saturday.  Let me know.     Report

From Saturday:  Does anyone know what happened to my knife, ladle and cutting board?  I thought I put them in a white bag back in the truck, but they weren't there when I unloaded.  I probably left it on the table.  I'd appreciate it if you'd hold onto it, maybe let me know where I can come and get it.  Thanks!
