  • Astronomy Lectures, Shows and Observing sessions
    In support of other aspects of science education in the Big Bend area.
              
    • STARLAB - TAS, in cooperation with MB MOAS - Mary Brogan Museum of Arts & Sciences, performs STARLAB planetarium shows for visitors to the center on the dates shown in the schedule above. The shows are held on the first Saturday of each month and take place at 1PM and 2PM. Seating is limited so please arrive early. 10 Most Asked Question in StarLab
            
    • FSU PLANETARIUM - We also participate in the FSU Physics Department Planetarium shows.  
                     
    • MACLAY GARDENS STARGAZE - In cooperation with Maclay Gardens, TAS presents a stargaze open to the general public. We usually have slide shows and lectures as well as a tour of skies. There are star charts, telescopes and binoculars available to the public. Bring your jackets, blankets and lawn chairs.
